For any purchase made through RG Golf Design, if the client is dissatisfied with the services being given and/or the project outlook, client can request a full refund within the first 30 days of making that deposit.
Refund Policy - the basics
There are no refunds once we enter the ordering phase of the project. If the client does want a refund, that needs to be decided within the first 30 days after making original deposit.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Client can request a partial refund after the first 30 days, in which case the design fee and consulting fee will be deducted from that total cost. Design fee is $2,500 and consulting fee is also $2,500. If neither of these tasks have been completed than the refund can potentially be for the full amount, but in almost all cases consultation has already occurred.
